Jane Canepa

Jane Canepa noticed her aptitude for public relations at an early age. When Jane was four years old, her parents founded the Canepa School of Dance and she grew up surrounded by dance and theater.
Although she taught dance lessons alongside her parents and siblings, Jane was always more interested in the business and promotional sides of the dance school and marketing the Dancing Canepa family. Special events, promotion, public relations and marketing became her passion. Today, she is the president and founder of The Eventors, Inc. a public relations and special events management company based in Chicago, IL. She is also a former president of the Publicity Club of Chicago, the largest organization of professionals in the Midwest.
Jane has been a supporter of Seagull since the beginning. No one teaches Public Relations and Events quite like she does. Students regularly comment about their appreciation for the way she makes her classes lively and relevant to their everyday lives.
