Alexiane Potvin
Program Operations and Development Manager

After having obtained her CESS (equivalent of a high school degree in Belgium), Alexiane lived for a year in Little Falls, Minnesota as an exchange student. After returning to Belgium after this amazing experience, Alexiane began her studies at l’Université Catholoqie de Louvain-La-Neuve and obtained her masters degree in Human Resources Management. During her masters, Alexiane had the chance to participate in an Erasmus study abroad program for six months at l’Università Degli Studi Di Milano in Milan, Italy. After graduating, Alexiane began her professional career as a recruiter at Talentus, a recruitment office based in Brussels where she recruited various positions. In October of 2018, it was an eastern wind that brought Alexiane towards Chicago where she spent three incredible years. Alexiane joined the Seagull team in February of 2019, at first as a Program Coordinator and now serves as the Program Operations & Development Manager. ​
