Get in touch to let us know what your idea for a program is. No matter if you’re just beginning to ideate or have fully-formed program objectives and an itinerary in mind, we can meet you where you’re at and help to bring your vision to life.

Review Proposal
|
After we’ve learned about your program and discussed your objectives and needs, we’ll begin a draft program proposal highlighting suggested academic and cultural engagement activities, logistical services such as accommodations and transportation, and a suggested itinerary. You let us know what works and what doesn’t and we’ll revise until everything aligns with your vision for the program.

Finalize Agreement
|
Once the proposal is perfected, we’ll provide an agreement outlining key deadlines, cost information, and terms and conditions.

Promote Your Program
|
The next step is to let your students know about your program. We can help by providing some marketing and recruitment materials, such as flyers and social media images, to help you get the word out about your program.

Meet Enrollment and Refine Program
|
Once your program has met its minimum target enrollment we’ll check in to refine the plans for the program and finalize the itinerary.

Prepare for your Program
|
We’ll help you and your students prepare for your educational adventure by providing pre-departure information, helping facilitate a pre-departure orientation, and assisting with collecting important pre-departure documents.
