Contest Rules: Win a Trip to France!

This contest is sponsored by Seagull Institute (the “Sponsor”), located at 1218 W. Carmen, Chicago, IL 60640, USA. This contest is not endorsed or administered by LinkedIn or The Forum on Education Abroad. - Eligibility:
The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are employed by or affiliated with a recognized educational institution or organization. Employees of Seagull Institute and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. - How to Enter:
- Visit the Seagull Institute booth at The Forum on Education Abroad Conference 2025 in Toronto, Canada, and provide your contact information and the name of your organization to enter.
- No Purchase Necessary: Participants may also enter by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Contest Entry” and providing their full name, email, phone number, and organization name by March 21, 2025.
- Contest Period:
The contest begins on March 19, 2025, and ends on March 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. - Prize:
One winner will receive a flight gift card equivalent to the cost of a round-trip ticket to France, valued at $1,000 USD. The prize will be delivered digitally to the winner via email. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. - Winner Selection and Notification:
A random drawing will be conducted by Seagull Institute on March 27, 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 business days of notification.- If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Taxes:
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.- U.S. Winners: Must complete a Form W-9 for tax reporting.
- Canadian Winners: May be required to complete a T4A slip or similar form, depending on Canadian tax laws.
- Publicity:
By participating, the winner agrees to allow Seagull Institute to use their name, organization name, likeness, and location (city and state/province) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. - Data Privacy:
Participant data will only be used to administer the contest and communicate about Seagull Institute activities. Refer to the privacy policy below for details. - Legal Compliance:
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, and is void where prohibited by law. - Disputes:
