Seagull Institute wants to expose students to every aspect of American life. Since volunteering is an integral part of American society, Seagull Institute provides volunteer opportunities for students. Statistically, one out of four Americans volunteers, this desire to help others stems from the very principles that the the United States was founded on.

Students have volunteered at a variety of events from Fun Runs, 5k, 15k, Beer Festivals, and city wide charity events! The weather isn’t always perfect and the students have to spend hours on their feet, but they are always surprised by the number of American participants thanking them for volunteering at the event. After the opportunity is over, many students are surprised to find out that they received much more than what they gave.
